Everybody, it’s Under My Cap, and welcome back to another video! Today, I’m going to show you some really cool glitches that you can do in Minecraft 1.16. They’re not only interesting but also quite useful. Before we dive straight into this video, don’t forget to leave a like and subscribe to the channel with the notification bell if you’re new! You’ll get a whole bunch of interesting Minecraft content, including commands, glitch videos, and update videos. Also, feel free to leave a comment! Now, without further ado, let’s start off with the first glitch. The first glitch is actually quite interesting. When you think about it, the whole Minecraft game has been based around stacks of 64 blocks. However, you can now spawn in armor stands that hold 127 blocks. Here’s the command below if you want to try it out. It’s really cool because you can spawn it in, and all you have to do is grab the block off the armor stand to hold 127 blocks. As you can see here, I’m holding 127 diamonds! This command also works with tools. Notice that they all take the same amount of damage when you do this. When you try to drop a whole bunch of items, they all drop at once. The same thing happens if you try to split them; it splits into a whole bunch of stacks. Because tools are considered one item, it fills your whole inventory, and you just spit all the items out. It’s really weird but also kind of cool. Now, this next glitch is very useful, and it really shouldn’t be in the game. All you need is a composter, a piston, and a lever. As you can see, this creates an x-ray machine! This is incredibly useful for finding caves, ravines, ores, entities, and mobs. I was lucky enough to actually see a village in the distance. So, this is very useful, and to get out of it, all you have to do is break the composter. Yes, it’s easy to do and quite beneficial for finding items! Now, the next glitch isn’t particularly a good one. You need to keep this in mind when you are in the Nether. We all love striders, and at some point in our games, we’ve tried to ride one using warped fungus on a stick and a saddle. However, keep in mind that although they’re fun to use for walking on lava, you should not leave the game while sitting on one in lava. This isn’t good because when you log back into the game in survival mode, your character will be on fire. We don’t know why this happens, but it’s not good news! If you were low on health before leaving the game, you could lose a lot of hearts and potentially die in the Nether, losing all your items in lava. So, this is detrimental to players, items, and just isn’t a fun experience. Now, this next glitch is really weird, and I’m not sure how people found it. It’s related to spectator mode. Usually, in a world with a spectator or while in spectator mode, you cannot interact with anything; you can’t flick levers, press buttons, or break blocks. However, in this case, in 1.16, you can actually stop minecarts from moving! It is a very small glitch, and I’m not sure how it might affect anyone, but it’s interesting to note. I mean, it might impact servers or map makers, but you can’t really do much else once you stop it; you can’t push it or interact with it afterward. Interestingly, I actually froze after this; my character got stuck in the minecart, and I couldn’t type anything into the command bar, which was really strange. That’s probably another glitch! What’s next also gives you some limited x-ray abilities, but it’s not very practical. It involves a pig, a saddle, a carrot on a stick, and a few wooden slabs. What you do is place the slabs on the very top of a block and slowly walk into it with your pig while holding the carrot on a stick. You’ll notice you can see everything above you, but not below. While this glitch can be useful, I doubt anyone will be going down into a cave with a pig, saddle, and carrot on a stick trying to find iron or diamonds. I’d definitely recommend the composter and piston glitch as it’s easier to set up and implement. This next glitch is incredibly useful in Minecraft worlds, though not so much on servers. It makes you invincible to fall damage. To execute this, you need to open a menu just before falling, then quickly open the world again. Due to an auto-spawn feature, it should cancel the fall damage, and when you log back in, your character won’t take any damage! This is very useful. It doesn’t work in the Nether, though; it only works if you’re falling into lava. If you fall into lava, you’re gone. As you can see, I teleported myself really high up to demonstrate, and when I actually fell down, I quickly pressed the menu before hitting the ground, saved, and quit. As you can see, I’m alive, which is really cool! The next glitch involves the new Nether vine thing—I’m not sure what it’s called—but it can also stop fall damage when you jump from a great height. This is very useful in the Nether since, as we know, water doesn’t work there. Using this vine sometimes absorbs fall damage. As you can see from my attempts, some of them worked and some didn’t, based on when I placed them; however, if you place them quickly enough, they will prevent damage. This next glitch is a fun one you can do in both survival and creative modes. It involves a bed, a minecart, and a boat. You can actually make yourself sleep on the ground! It’s probably one of the most useless glitches, but you don’t actually sleep in the middle of the bed—it glitches out, and you end up sleeping beside the vehicle you were using before. I think this happens because the game is trying to make you lie down in the bed, but since you’re in a minecart, it quickly ejects you and puts you into a sleeping position. You can trick your friends into thinking you’re glitching in Minecraft, and it’s just a fun little glitch that’s easy to perform. Finally, we arrive at our last glitch: the hoglins glitch. I believe this is just a lost game mechanic. Hoglins attack everything, which is a normal mechanic—they attack players, mobs, enemies, and so on. However, when you place them next to a wither, they’ll try to attack it, and it looks quite funny because of their ears and nose moving up and down. The wither, however, takes no damage from the hoglins. It creates a strange interaction, leaving the wither in shock while the hoglins try to attack it unsuccessfully. So there you have it!
