Hey everybody, it’s Under My Cap, and welcome back to another video! Today, I’m going to show you how to get custom player heads in Minecraft. As you may have noticed, some commands changed in version 1.16—there aren’t many, but this is one of them. It’s a very simple command, and it’s really cool when it works. As you can see, I have command blocks behind me, and I’ll talk you through all the steps to get them. I have a few examples, and I’ll guide you on how to use the command. So without further ado, let’s get straight into this! Let’s go over to this command block, and I’ll show you the command. It’s a give command, so I’ll simply write the first part: /give @p, which refers to the nearest player. Then, you will want to type in minecraft:player_head. After you do that, that’s pretty much it. If you leave it like this, and we have a button, it will work, but you’ll notice that it will only give you a Steve head. That’s the simple part. Now, if you want to start customizing it, this is where the command becomes really cool. I’m going to go back into the command block and add a curly bracket. In this bracket, write a capital “S” and then type “skull.” After that, you type “Owner” followed by a colon and an open quotation mark. After this, you want to write in whatever username you want. Many commands online allow you to type in unique ID codes to get really cool custom heads. For me, I’m just going to use my own username. Then, close it with the curly bracket, and there you have it! Now, if we run this command, you’ll notice that when I press it, I will get my player head right here. The really cool thing you can do is place it at an angle, and you can also put it on an armor stand, which is awesome! Now, the last part of the command is “count.” This part specifies how many of that item you want to give yourself. If I type 5, it will give me five heads. If I want 10, as you can see, it gives me 10. Let’s say I type 1000—this is probably going to crash my character. Yep, I got 1000! I don’t know if you want to do that, but that’s completely fine. Thank you so much for watching! I’m sorry this video is quite short; it’s just a tutorial I wanted to create for a long time, but I kept forgetting about it. If you enjoyed it, please leave a like and also subscribe to the channel if you are new; that would be greatly appreciated. If you have any suggestions, please put them in the comments section below. I love reading through them and answering your questions. Also, my social media links are in the description, along with my Twitch.
