Hey everybody, it’s UnderMyCap, and welcome back to another video! Today, I’m going to show you how to get these structure voids, which are blocks in Minecraft Java and Bedrock editions. Yes, they work in both of these versions, and I’m going to explain how to use them. First, let’s go to Java. You can see that this is a structure void. They come from structure blocks when you use air blocks. Basically, they don’t look like anything and act as air blocks, so I can walk straight through it with no issue. You can also see that if I spawn a pig, I can push the pig through it like that. So, it’s effectively an air block. Now, the really cool feature about the structure void is that it can actually control water. As you can see, when I place water down like this, it spreads everywhere. However, when I place a structure void around every single side of the water, it stays stationary and doesn’t move. Now that’s really useful because you can control water and add little water decorations. Let’s move on to the Bedrock edition, and I’ll show you how to obtain it. Here we are on Bedrock edition, and the actual structure void looks very different here. It actually shows you where it is, so it acts like a barrier block. If I remove it, it behaves differently, and if I place it again, you see the same effect. Now, for the command you’ve all been waiting for! This command can be used on both Bedrock and Java. First of all, you want to type in /give @s structure_void. This will give the structure void to yourself. I’m not sure if there are any other uses for the structure void apart from its applications with structure blocks and controlling water, but that’s about it. If you enjoyed the video, don’t forget to leave a like and subscribe! If you want to learn how these are used with structure blocks, I have a video link in the description to my video on that topic. Thank you so much for watching, and I can’t wait to see you in the next video. We are so close to 7K subscribers!
