Hey everybody, it’s UnderMyCap, and welcome back to another video! Today, I’m going to be showing you the all-new spectator mode in Minecraft Bedrock. This feature has been around for a long time in Java Edition, and now you can use it in Bedrock. It’s super useful if you want people to view a world without being able to break anything. It’s really easy to do, so let’s get straight into it. You can see I am currently in Creative mode. You will need a world with cheats enabled. To enter spectator mode, simply type in “/gamemode spectator.” That’s “/gamemode” followed by “spectator.” Hit enter, and you’ll notice that the world refreshes and your character has a new perspective. You won’t have a GUI, but you can look around and move normally using W, A, S, D, or by touching the screen if you’re on iPad. You’re basically flying around now. If you want to move downwards, all you have to do is press Shift. To move upwards, press Space. It’s basically like Creative mode, but you can’t break anything. A cool thing about it is that you can fly straight through blocks. For example, I just went straight through this block here. I can even see right through the ground. I’m not sure if that’s meant to happen, but I can fly straight through. I just went right through this house, too. You can also go through water; it doesn’t slow you down at all. So, that’s basically spectator mode. If I show you what it looks like, it just appears as my little floating head, and I’m pretty sure other players can’t see this. It’s just a way to indicate that you’re in spectator mode. To exit spectator mode, simply type “/gamemode” and then either “creative” or “survival,” depending on what you were using before. I’m going to type in “C” for creative. Now I’m back, with my normal character. I can fly, but I can’t go through walls! Thank you for watching! If you enjoyed the video, don’t forget to leave a like and subscribe. It would be greatly appreciated. If you want to check out my channel, I do a whole bunch of tutorials, specifically on commands for both Bedrock and Java. Thank you so much for watching, and I can’t wait to see you in the next video!
