Our store is a print on demand store. This means that when you place your order with us the order is sent to the manufacturers for printing. Each order is customised which means that once you have placed your order you cannot make any changes or cancel your orders. We strongly encourage customers to check that all of the details of their order are correct before continuing to checkout. Sizing information can be found in the product description and variations such as colours can be found on the product page for the product.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may either return back to the courier or be sent to the wrong address location. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you if your product returns. MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK ADDRESS INFO

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer – It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges.

Ways We Will Accept Refunds

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been received and completed and it has to be unworn. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please note that Shipping is not refundable on products that you buy and you are required to pay the shipment fee when shipping it back to the fulfilment location if required.

How Do I Report A Problem With My Product?

Before reporting a problem you will need to locate your unique order number (found in your orders tab under account) and then visit Report Product Site to complete and a submit report. (Including photographs)

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us through the my account tab within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

Can I Exchange Items For Different sizes or colours?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! You can find the contact us page in your account at the bottom of the page.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out or in the orders tab under the my accounts section
