Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received and completed. For packages lost in transit claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

You Can File A Refund If It Meets These Requirements

  1. Your product arrived misprinted, damaged and/or defective or your package has been lost in transit.
  2. It has been under 3 weeks since your product arrived.
  3. You have a copy of your order number (found in my accounts page).
  4. You have picture evidence of your product. If your product was lost in transit a picture of estimated arrival and other shipping information is required.
  5. You have a detailed paragraph describing your problem about your product issues.

If you meet these requirements you are all good to go.
