Hey everybody, it’s Anap, and welcome back to another video! Yes, I am back in Minecraft VR. This is part two, but technically, it’s kind of part one. Let me explain. We are in a brand new world. I know part one was a new world too, but it was really glitchy, and it had a whole bunch of buildings, which felt like cheating. So, I am starting Minecraft VR from scratch now. Please let me know if you like these new arm models I’m trying out because you can see my knees bend as well. If you do like them, please let me know; if not, I will change them back. Without further ado, I should probably stop talking and get some wood. In my last video, I showed you that I actually have to punch things physically, and this is really demanding. I seriously have to just beat the crap out of all these blocks. I know there’s another way to do this, but it kind of defeats the fun of the game. I mean, it’s useful if you’re just trying to build or dig up in VR, you know? You can see that I’ve added a few mods, just a tiny amount, to make the game feel quite nice and a little more interesting. I have falling leaves as one of the mods. I’m aware there was an update. Let’s actually try to craft something. This is one of the mods by the way; it’s super useful. Let’s try to jump up. I actually have to jump, which is kind of crazy about this. I’m not going to be one of those people who leave a tree half-chopped; we’re chopping the whole thing down. Oh my gosh, it’s a large tree! Come on, there we are! And I didn’t even get it—wow, okay. Awesome, we’ve got that sorted. Let’s figure out… oh, also these particles! This is super cool; this allows me to flick the item to me. Look at this! Look how awesome I am! I’ve got superpowers. This is a really nice place to spawn in; we’ve got berry plants. It’s nice, but they are dangerous. We’re right next to water, which is amazing. Whoa, that’s a very deep water hole. Oh my goodness, this is probably one of the perfect spots to set up in. It looks really nice! So, I think what I’m going to do is clear out the area. We’ve got lots of wood. I’m going to craft a shovel. The way you can craft in this game is super cool. All I have to do is pull my little backpack out of my arm, go to the spruce planks I just crafted, and go one, one, two, three, and four. Voila! Oops, did not mean to grab a stick there. Crafting table, look at that! I can place items onto the crafting table. How cool is that? Let’s just dump all the wood on the table; is this how you do it? Four, five, six, seven, eight. There we are! Just grab all of that wood. Awesome, we are crafting! Now, let’s make a shovel, of course. We’re going to need to make some sticks. Oh, we don’t want those or that. This is going to take a long time to get used to, I think. Then, we put one stick there, and there we put the wood on the very top. Voila! I feel so special. Okay, awesome! Let’s dig this area out. I can hear sound effects. Oh my God, look at that mountain! This is actually beautiful. Oh my gosh, it’s getting serious now. We do have to start getting ready for night because I’m petrified that we won’t be able to get through this. How do I… oh, there we are! Let’s dig this whole spot out. I think this is quite nice, like a nice little spot to get started. Wow, okay. I don’t know how much wood we’re going to need, but this is actually quite nice to get started. This backpack thing is getting really annoying; maybe I don’t need that mod in the end. Okay, we’re doing well. You know what? This area is actually so nice. We can put the house there, get rid of those berry bushes, and we have food, which is good. So, we’re just going to get rid of all of this. Flick that back to me. That’s honestly one of the coolest features in VR! I’ve been secretly working on an awesome project for this where you guys can actually join this server. You won’t be able to build; you’ll be in adventure mode, so you can eat food, pick up props, pick up swords, attack enemies, that sort of stuff. If I’m live streaming this world, you can hop straight in, no matter what version you are on in Java. All you have to do is type in mc.underycap.net, and you can instantly join this world. My shovel broke, but I’m hoping this can be more of a community type of thing. The awesome thing is if you have Vivecraft installed, you should be able to see everything I’m doing in VR even when I’m not recording; or if I am recording, you can see behind the scenes before the video goes up, which is absolutely nuts! Now, let’s go back to this crafting table. What are we going to craft? We do not want to craft a button or a stick. We want to craft an axe. I think an axe is good; they’re multi-purpose and do the job when it’s nighttime. It feels like it’s getting darker, and that scares me a little bit! So let’s chop down some more trees! It is turning nighttime! Oh my gosh, okay, okay, okay! We’re going to have to build this really quickly. How are we going to do this? We can do a mining trip! Let’s do a mining trip; mining trips are fun! Where can we go mining? We can make a little mine over here, I guess? Let’s do a little mine over here. Nope, there’s water! A little mine somewhere, please! Please, it’s getting scary; it’s actually getting really scary! Did I just break my crafting table? It’s actually getting really scary. Holy crap! Do we have any more wood? We’re going to need to make some torches, actually. So, I’m going to chop this right here. It’s freaking me out. In the last game, I actually had a shelter. I don’t have a shelter, and it’s going to get pitch black now! I don’t like all the sound effects in this world; it just got really quiet. So what am I going to need? Oh, I can’t make torches yet because I don’t have coal or cobblestone. So, plan of attack: let’s pull this crafting table. No, let’s put the crafting table back down! Oh my God, things are spawning in! Things are spawning in, things are spawning in! That is not what I want; that is not what I want! What do we want? We want a shovel! No, yes shovel! Give me a shovel, please! And then we need a pickaxe. We need a pickaxe! One, two, and pickaxe right there! One, two, and three! Okay, okay, we got the shovel! Let’s just go into the side of this wall over here quickly; actually, I don’t want to—oh, is that a cave? That might be a cave! Got my axe out; I’m ready! I am ready to go. Okay, we do have a cave, and there is light in it! Oh my gosh, okay, we’re fine! I think it’s just easier at this stage to use my inventory. I feel like that’s way better than the backpack. Oh, did we seriously fall? There’s coal down there; that’s fine. No, let’s do this. That is a very deep drop as well! Did we seriously leave the crafting table up there? That’s fine; I think it’s easier to just craft like this, to be honest. So, we’ve got that; now we need to make a stone pickaxe. This is so much easier! And now, can I just do that? I can, so it’s good that you can reach torches finally. Okay, let’s get some torches; we need the torches. We need some sticks, that’s fine! We’ve got the sticks; let’s just take all the torches. And then we’ve got the axe. Okay, now from memory, we can put the torch in our off-hand, and then we have light, which is super cool! This backpack is actually driving me nuts! So, how can we get down there safely? Can I crouch? Okay, we can; that’s good! How do I disable the backpack? Now we need to get down safely like this. I swear I can hear something! Oh, it’s echoing; that’s actually scary! Okay, we’re going. How much health? Oh, I’m hungry as well! Let’s get rid of that! There are some sound effects in here which I just do not like at all. Wow, okay, this is really good! We’ve got lots of coal, we’re going to get a lot of cobblestone as well. I feel a lot safer in the cave for some reason, and I think that’s just because I’m not exposed to all the enemies up there, I guess. There’s a lot of coal in here! Wow! I know you can
